Alex Cone is a volunteer at Newspring Church. She operates the switcher during services and helps manage creative graphics. Alex also works as a Video Coordinator and leads her team in A-Control to promote a distraction free environment during worship at Newspring Church. In the Summer of 2015 Alex Cone was hired as a Production Assistant with Mad Monkey Inc. in Columbia, South Carolina. She used her skills as an external painter to power wash and paint the house seen in this commercial. She also helped set up the furniture in the cookout scene and really enjoyed helping with set design. She put together the story board for this project and worked directly with talent to ensure their comfort and satisfaction on set.
For this project Alex Cone was hired once again as a Production Assistant with Mad Monkey Inc. to act as an extra in this commercial for the South Carolina Education Lottery. She also shadowed the Director observe the shots taken by the Director of Photography and the Editor to ensure the video’s continuity.

For this project Alex Cone continued her role as a Production Assistant with Mad Monkey Inc. to work with craft services, set designers, and makeup services. For this commercial Alex went to a local clothing store to purchase professional clothes for the talent. She also worked with the makeup artist to keep the talent presentable and comfortable and the set designer to arrange the furniture.
